I really wanted mac ncheese but had none of the right ingredients you asked for; I used shredded provolone cheese, 4 slices of mozerella cheese, 1 cup of cashew milk, and normal butter and it actually came out really good somehow. Thanks for the recipe. But I used heavy cream instead of milk, and substituted American cheese for shredded Parmesan.
